Here are the most frequently asked questions about City Plumbing Rewards. If you can’t find an answer to your question, just get in touch with your local branch manager who will be happy to help you.



FAQs

City Plumbing Rewards is City Plumbing's new promotion that lets you earn on your spend with us. The promotion will run for 6 months until 30th September 2022 and you will have the opportunity to earn between 1 and 4 points per £1 spent on selected products. The points you earn can be redeemed against an amazing array of rewards which include everything from Apple products to gift cards to fantastic days out. For more information on how you can earn simply visit the How To Earn page.

To register your account you will need your City Plumbing account number and the email address listed against your City Plumbing account. Visit the Register Account page and input this information into the relevant text boxes to verify your account. The system will then ask you to complete the registration form.

If you are struggling to register your account or do not know this information please get in touch with your local Branch Manager.

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click "forgotten password". You will need to enter the email address you registered for your account and this will send a forgotten password link to that email address.

If you continue to experience problems with accessing your account, please speak to your local branch manager.

With City Plumbing Rewards you can earn between 1 and 4 points per £1 spent depending on the product you purchase. For more information on how you can earn and the products that qualify simply visit the How To Earn page.

You can view your points by logging into your City Plumbing Rewards account and clicking on the "Points Bank" page. This will show you the total number of points you have earned.

You will also receive a monthly update on your balance so you will always know how much you have earned.

Provided you have earned enough points you can redeem your earnings by logging into your City Plumbing Rewards account. Once logged in, simply click on the "Rewards" page, view the details of the reward you would like to redeem, click add to basket and follow the checkout process.

We advise that all reward orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. You can see the current status of your order by hovering over "My Account", clicking "Reward Order History" and viewing the Status of your order.

If it has been 2 weeks and your order has not arrived yet, please contact your Branch Manager who will be happy to support you.
